never has back-scratching been so satisfying

Here’s the deal:
Share our Retreats with your network of friends and social media contacts and for each person who books on and attends one of our group Retreats or Chez-nous for two, quoting your recommendation code, we will transfer 200 GBP (cUSD/ Euros 240) into your bank account. You can do this as often as you like, within the limits of the spaces we have. And all you have to do is subscribe to our free monthly newsletter, MENUette, if you don’t already do so. You need to know what’s going on, after all.

You scratch our back, we’ll scratch yours.

How it works:

  1. Get in touch to let us know you would like a recommendation code to use in your mailshots and social media posts. We’ll send you one. You don’t need to have travelled with us before.

  2. Let your network know about our group Retreats and Chez-nous - or just forward/ share our newsletter - whenever you like. It’s best not to send the same one too often, though, and try to keep your messages fresh. Make sure you include the recommendation code in all your sharing activity and that recipients know to quote it if they get in touch with us. This helps to ensure you get your reward.

  3. When we have a contact quoting your code, we’ll keep you informed of the progress of the enquiry. We then confirm at the end of the Retreat that the referred client has attended and make the payment into your nominated account.

Conditions: 

  • You will be paid GBP 200 as soon as the Retreat with your nominee has been completed.

  • Friends and partners on the same Retreat or Chez-nous cannot nominate each other, but one of them can claim the reward.

  • If two or more people nominate the same guest for the same Retreat, the first to nominate that guest will be the one who earns the reward. If there’s a dispute, we just need to know when you each sent out your mailshot.

  • If your nomination leads to more bookings from the same person, you will be paid for each of these bookings, too, for three years after the date of the first booking.

  • The nominee must be willing to share their email address with Food and Photography Retreats Ltd. AND you, for the sake of transparency and administration.

  • This Referral Rewards programme started on 1st January 2025, may not be back-dated to bookings made before then, and may be terminated at any point in the future at our discretion and without prejudice.

Even if you think you might not be able to travel with us, you can still share what we are doing with your network - and perhaps make some easy cash in the process. And that goes for clubs and societies, as well as individuals.
